Very welcoming and professional, this time at the Hednesford branch. Attended for an appointment which was on time and carried out with care by knowledgeable and attentive staff. The visit worked out quite expensive but what was expected from the service received, not just a ‘quick quack’ as advertised by some high street firms. Well done Chase Eyecare Hednesford.
We went for our first check ups at this optician and found them to be very informative, very helpful and all the staff were friendly and made us feel at home, even asking if we wanted a cup of tea, never had that before at any other opticians… there had been change in my prescription, which I was aware of, and I had help choosing new glasses, all the colours etc were explained in full, and I had the choice for extras, such as blue coat, ground down lenses etc. I love my new glasses, even though I had a bit of bother with the fit at first, the staff told me to come back if I had problems which I did, and they have altered everything for me till I was happy. My husband also had his eyes tested that day, he has diabetes and hadn’t had his usual check up, so when he was tested the optician found problems, the optician found my husband had diabetic bleeds in his eyes. The optician automatically referred him as an urgent patient to Burton hospital, and he was seen a week later, he has subsequently been through a lot of laser treatment, and the bleeds are stopped for now…we are thankful for the help chase eyecare gave us, and the continuing support with my husbands eyesight. I would recommend this opticians wholeheartedly, many thanks for your efforts.
Went to Chase Eyecare for the first time today and had a really good experience. Team were very friendly, helpful and understood my needs. I had an option to upgrade to their enhanced eye exam which gave me the most thorough assessment I’ve ever received. Mr Puri went through his findings and luckily I don’t have any issues at present. The service wasn’t rushed and it was nice to actually be listened too. It was found I needed some distance glasses for the first time. Where do I begin? I thought, but the girls were able to guide me through my options and help me pick something that suited my colouring and face shape. I learnt they have an on site laboratory and make all the glasses on site therefore I won’t have to wait long for my glasses brilliant news! Thank you to all the staff that helped me today and I can’t wait to have my new glasses.

I had a great experience with Mr M S Puri at Chase Eye care. I received utmost professionalism and felt very cared for, even on my first visit to this clinic. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. Mr Puri saved my trip to Birmingham. I was visiting Birmingham and came down with an eye issue. Despite of their very busy schedule they were able to accommodate me on an urgent request. He examined my eye in detail and went an extra mile to solve the problem. Mr MS Puri is very Knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend Mr MS Puri and Chase Eye care to anyone who values their health.
Brilliant service very helpful
Took my children to chase eyecare for a sight test .I found the experience to be very professional and friendly. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, helping my son to find the perfect glasses, offering a 50% discount on frames and coatings on his lenses. The optometrist Mr Puri was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my son who struggled during his test resulting in him needing glasses. My daughter however flew through her test, not needing any glasses at all! I would highly recommend chase eyecare. They took care of all our needs and answered all questions thoroughly. The glasses were ready within a matter of days! Excellent service!
