I had a great experience with Mr M S Puri at Chase Eye care. I received utmost professionalism and felt very cared for, even on my first visit to this clinic. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. Mr Puri saved my trip to Birmingham. I was visiting Birmingham and came down with an eye issue. Despite of their very busy schedule they were able to accommodate me on an urgent request. He examined my eye in detail and went an extra mile to solve the problem. Mr MS Puri is very Knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend Mr MS Puri and Chase Eye care to anyone who values their health.

Very polite and welcoming I can now happily read my bible with my new reading glasses which I’m happy to share and looking forward to getting my other glasses hopefully tomorrow so thank you to all staff at eyecare they were very helpful with my needs and especially make a brilliant cup of coffee for me while I was waiting. I can now enjoy driving at night with no issues regarding the lights on cars being bright. I would recommend that any one who wants a good service goes to chase eyecare in Cannock they really do support your needs what ever it may be and you do feel like your listerned to a service i would stay with. You won’t find a better Opticians in the area, the Optometrist is very thorough and offers some very good enhanced tests checking all aspects of eye health. Excellent customer service from friendly staff and a great range of frames to choose from. Would definitely recommend!!

Took my children to chase eyecare for a sight test .I found the experience to be very professional and friendly. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, helping my son to find the perfect glasses, offering a 50% discount on frames and coatings on his lenses. The optometrist Mr Puri was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my son who struggled during his test resulting in him needing glasses. My daughter however flew through her test, not needing any glasses at all! I would highly recommend chase eyecare. They took care of all our needs and answered all questions thoroughly. The glasses were ready within a matter of days! Excellent service!

Brilliant service very helpful

When I booked in for my first sight test with Chase Eye Care, I was impressed with how thorough my heath check was and the friendly atmosphere. I have to have a complex prescription and am very conscious of the thickness of my lenses, but the staff went through all the options with me and previous to coming here, I wasn’t aware I could have my lenses made thinner! The staff were able to spend a lot of time with me and the optometrist even put contact lenses in for me so I was able to see what I would look like when I chose my glasses. I was as very happy with the services provided.

Went to Chase Eyecare for the first time today and had a really good experience. Team were very friendly, helpful and understood my needs. I had an option to upgrade to their enhanced eye exam which gave me the most thorough assessment I’ve ever received. Mr Puri went through his findings and luckily I don’t have any issues at present. The service wasn’t rushed and it was nice to actually be listened too. It was found I needed some distance glasses for the first time. Where do I begin? I thought, but the girls were able to guide me through my options and help me pick something that suited my colouring and face shape. I learnt they have an on site laboratory and make all the glasses on site therefore I won’t have to wait long for my glasses brilliant news! Thank you to all the staff that helped me today and I can’t wait to have my new glasses.
