How much do Chase Eyecare’s monthly eye care plans cost?
Enhanced costs £13.99 per month, Enhanced Plus £16.99 per month, and Advanced Plus £22.99 per month.
Which plan includes Heart Eye screening?
Enhanced Plus includes Heart Eye screening. Advanced Plus includes Heart Eye screening with a report. The standard Enhanced plan does not include it.
Which plan includes contact lens examinations?
Advanced Plus includes a contact lens examination. The other two plans do not list this benefit.
Do all plans include emergency examination coverage?
Yes. All three plans list emergency examination coverage. Contact Chase Eyecare for the precise scope and eligibility; urgent or sight-threatening symptoms may require immediate emergency services.
Do I receive discounts on glasses?
Enhanced and Enhanced Plus list a 10% discount on spectacles, sunglasses, solutions and accessories. Advanced Plus lists 15% off all product ranges, including contact lenses. Ask the practice for applicable exclusions.
